PREREQUISITE CRITERIA:

• A Christian who shares the tenants of the Church of Pentecost.
• A Healthcare Profession with a registered regulatory body
• A member of CHPNET-UK/or be willing to join prior to sending the application form

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a role model with good multi-professional working ethics through respectful team working with all stakeholders
• To bring the regional viewpoint to the CHPNet national executive committee
• To share the work of the committee with society members within the region
• Assist other committee members with the delivery of strategic roles
• To work collaboratively and support other regional representative and share the work
• To facilitate a network of district coordinators and work with them to oversee the CHPNet activities within the districts with demonstratable skills in negotiation, conflict management, feedback, partnership working and coaching skills.

EXPERIENCE :

Outstanding Leadership Skills and Experience in group mobilisation

Collaborative work with COP U.K and ability to collaborate with other Healthcare Professional Organisations.

Having a vision of engaging with communities and  can work across  multiethnicity and different cultural backgrounds.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Accountable to the President (CHPNET U.K) and managerially accountable to the National Co-ordinator.
