London South Community Health Screening

Across Black and ethnic minority communities, kidney disease is affecting our people at higher rates than ever before. Many don’t realise they have a problem until it’s too late, because kidney disease often has no symptoms in the early stages. But early screening can prevent long‑term damage, dialysis, or even the need for a transplant.
That’s why CHPNet‑UK, in partnership with other organisations and local ICBs, is hosting a FREE Community Health Screening, created especially with our community in mind.
🩺 At this event, you can receive:
* Kidney Health Screening — quick, simple, and potentially life‑saving
* Blood pressure and diabetes checks
* Breast cancer awareness and education
* Prostate cancer awareness for men
* Stroke prevention and recovery guidance
* Mental wellbeing support and practical tools
