Roseline is a shining beacon of dedication and excellence in the healthcare field. She graduated from King’s College London with a Master of Science in Advanced Practice – Education, having begun her journey as a General Registered Nurse at Nurses & Midwifery College, Korle-Bu, Ghana.
Throughout her career, Roseline has been deeply involved in numerous quality initiative projects aimed at improving outcomes for patients with kidney disease undergoing haemodialysis. Her commitment to enhancing patient care is evident in her role as the Lead Nurse for Clinical Practice & Education at King’s College Hospital. Additionally, she serves as a Senior Practitioner Lecturer at King’s College London and a community kidney nurse researcher.
Roseline’s current interests are diverse and impactful. She is passionate about nurturing the future authentic renal nursing workforce, co-developing evidence-based culturally tailored materials, and engaging with communities to reduce kidney health inequalities.
In her role as the Training Director for CHPnet UK, Roseline embodies the organization’s vision of connecting, serving, and transforming lives. With the spirit of excellence guiding her every move, she ensures that professional excellence remains at the heart of CHPnet UK. Through her leadership and commitment to education and community engagement, she helps foster an environment where healthcare professionals can thrive and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to all.
